When the cattleman confirms the crew, you're on it and you get the meet details.

Create an outfit profile
Your ranch or operation, nearest town, and what you provide.

Create a cattle-working job
Work type, date, head count, meet location, and the day rate offered.

Choose who can see it
Open, Selected Cowboys, or Invite Only — you control visibility.

Invite hands
Bring back previous cowboys or find qualified hands who fit the work.

Confirm the crew
Lock the roster once you have the hands you want.

Secure payment
Payment for the day's work is made by Secure Bank Transfer at crew lock.

Complete Crew Close-Out
Mark each hand Worked, No Show, Left Early, or Excused.

Cowboys are paid
Payouts release per cowboy based on close-out, and refunds come back to you.

Build confidential reputation
Your outfit carries a record too. Both sides have skin in the game.

Neighboring

Neighbors have always shown up for each other. Dey Money doesn't change that — it just keeps the day organized.

Keep a private list
Add the outfits you neighbor with. Nobody is notified, and nobody sees your list.
Ask the right way
When two outfits have each other listed, you can invite a neighbor with no day wage — or offer a paid seat instead. Always two clear choices.
Never a wage attached
Neighbor help is never charged for and never paid out. Dey Money takes nothing on it.
